Our Story

 

Rooster Kitchen started as a 5x8 food trailer serving Thai street food around Cleveland, powered entirely by electricity.

In the beginning, the trailer was called Pad Thai & Mi, Focusing on simple wok cooked noodle dishes inspired by the flavors of Thailand.

​

Owner June Smith, originally from Thailand, created the menu from taste memories growing up back home, recreating the street food flavors she remembers from family meals and local vendors

​

As the menu grew and the community support increased, the concept evolved into Rooster Kitchen, continuing to serve fresh Thai street food at farmers markets, festivals, and special events across Cleveland.

Today, Rooster kitchen's most popular dishes include Original Pad Thai, Crazy Noodles, Pad C U and Signature Wok Hibachi, while also expanding into catering and private events.
